Tony Watkins

Director of Coaching

Tony Watkins currently serves as the Executive Director at the Northside Youth Organization (NYO).  NYO is Atlanta's premiere youth athletic program, serving over 4,400 registrants across six sports.  Prior to joining NYO, Watkins spent eight years at Holy Innocents' Episcopal School where he served as Assistant Athletic Director and Head Girls' Basketball Coach. As Head Girls' Basketball Coach, "Coach Tony" guided the Holy Innocents' Lady Bears to the GHSA State Playoffs in every season from 2008 to 2016. The Lady Bears won the Region Championship four times and won the GHSA Class AA  State Championship in 2016. Coach Tony was named the GACA Region Coach of the Year four times (2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016) and was recognized by the Atlanta Tip-Off Club as the Garland Pinholster Metro-Atlanta Girls Coach of the Year (Class 1A-3A) in 2014, 2015, and 2016.

Nichole Dixon

Director of Coaching - Girls



Nichole Dixon just completed her second year as the Head Varsity Girls Coach and Asst. Athletic Director at Holy Innocents’ School in Atlanta, Georgia. Coach Dixon’s teams won the region championship in 2018 and posted two state runner-up finishes in 2017 and 2018. She has guided the program to a 58-5 record. Her team was nationally ranked as high as #11 in the country in 2018 by USA Today.  Prior to coaching at Holy Innocents’, Coach Dixon was the Head JV Girls' Basketball Coach as well as an Assistant Varsity Girls' Coach at Wesleyan School in Norcross, GA.  Dixon was a part of seven girls basketball state championships at Wesleyan.  She was also the Head Girls Softball Coach at Wesleyan. Her softball teams won three consecutive region championships and had two state runner-up finishes. Prior to Wesleyan, she coached at Southland Academy (Americas, GA) for three years. She took over  the varsity girls basketball program, which had only six wins in four years, and led them to 20 wins in 2004, the Elite Eight in 2005, and the Final Four in 2006. Prior to coaching at Southland she coached softball, basketball, and track at Mount de Sales Academy (Macon, GA) for three years. The experience of coaching and teaching at Mount de Sales, her alma mater, gave her an opportunity to learn how to develop players of all ages.  She joyfully coached middle, JV, and Varsity Girls Basketball and took great pride in developing young talent. Dixon played basketball at Mercer University (2000-2003) and earned a BA in Biology.  She earned her masters degree from Piedmont College.  Coach Dixon has a passion for coaching young kids and helping them develop their basketball skills, but more importantly, helping them be the best person they can be. Coaching kids is a calling to her, not a job.

Mara Cunningham Perkins

Basketball Instructor


Mara Cunningham Perkins has a long and rich basketball career as a player and coach. Competed at Fairfax High School in Virginia where she was named two-time All-State. Averaged 23 points, 16.3 rebounds and 5.3 blocks per game. She played college basketball at Vanderbilt University where she graduated as the 7th most career winning player for Vanderbilt University. She also is ranked 3rd all-time in career field goal percentage 53.7% (1991-96) and 5th all-time in career Blocked Shots - with 128 (1991-96). She is a  member of the 1,000 Point Club - 1,104

Ranked 14th All-Time points scored in Vanderbilt History. Her honors include All-SEC Second-Team 1996. Sports Illustrated Comeback Player of the Year (women) 1994-95, NCAA Tournament All-Region Team in 1993 helping her team advance to the Final-Four, SEC All-Tournament Team 1993, SEC Tournament MVP 1993. Mara was also a part of the USA Olympic Junior National Team in 1993. In 1996 Mara was drafted by the American Basketball League. Her team the Colorado Xplosion (ABL) were Western Conference Champions in 1997. She went on to play overseas for P.A.O. Thriamvos  in Athens, Greece. They were National Champion 1998. Mara led Club Thriamvos to Greek Cup title with 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Holli Wilkins

Basketball Instructor   

Holli Wilkins played high school basketball at Wesleyan School in Norcross, Ga. She helped lead the Wolves to four consecutive State Championship titles. She was named Georgia Single A Player of the Year her Senior Season. She went on to play college basketball at Furman University. She was named the Southern Conference Freshman of the year in 2013. Her Sophomore year, Holli led the Paladins in scoring averaging 15.2 ppg, and was named 1st team All-Conference. Furman finished ranked 2nd in the conference making an appearance in the WNIT. In her senior season Holli led the Southern Conference in both field goal and 3-point field goal percentages, shooting .449 percent from beyond the 3 point line. Holli is a part of the 1,000 point club and is currently the 5th All-time leading scorer in Paladin History. After graduating from Furman, Holli signed to a professional team in Romania, but decided to stay in the US to coach. Holli is currently an Assistant Varsity coach at Holy Innocents' School. In her first season, the Golden Bears were ranked 12th in the nation and finished and 2018 State Runner ups.    

Kiesha Brown

Basketball Instructor


Kiesha Brown has worn many different hats in her career and involvement with basketball. Kiesha graduated from Woodward Academy, College Park, Georgia in 1996.  She was named the Naismith Player of the Year in 1996, as well of the Gatorade Player of the year, and Miss Georgia Basketball Player of the Year. From there she went on to be a standout for the University of Georgia Lady Dawgs, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies. After her career at UGA came to a close, Kiesha had an 11-year professional career. She went undrafted to the WNBA in 2002, playing for 8 different teams: Washington Mystics, Houston Comets, New York Liberty, Minnesota Lynx, Los Angeles Sparks, Connecticut Suns, and Tulsa Shock. Kiesha was able to also extend her talents abroad and play overseas for team in Spain, Czech Republic, Russia, Turkey, Israel, and France. Kiesha talents with the game didn’t end once she finished her playing career. She has had significant experience in Sports Broadcasting, appearing on networks across the southeast region such as Fox Sports South, GPB, SECtv, and ESPNgo. Besides her occasional appearance as a broadcaster, she also is a certified official, officiating on all levels of basketball, and a Varsity Basketball coach at Galloway School. Kiesha’s experiences as a player, coach, official, and fan, have given her a unique perspective on the game that has allowed her to excel, and mold future players.
